Remmy’s main practice areas involve litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He has handled cases in several courts in Indonesia, arbitration proceedings at BANI and other dispute resolution work.

Remmy is also involved in handling corporate matters, such as Initial Public Offering projects, commercial transactions, employment, intellectual property rights, and so forth. The combination of these two fields of experience has allowed him to have extensive legal knowledge in handling various cases.

Remmy’s experience in litigation includes representation of individuals and companies in commercial, bankruptcy, land, family and civil disputes. While for corporate matters, apart from handling general corporate matters, he has experience of more than 5 (five) Initial Public Offering projects, where each project has different business activities from the others.
