Fahad’s main practice areas involve litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. He has experience in handling litigation cases and has handled disputes in domestic arbitration. Fahad has handled cases in relation to insurance, mining, plantation, family, land, commercial, criminal and corruption matters.

Fahad’s experience includes representation of individuals in corruption cases, representation of individuals in a forest fire case that became one of the largest national issues in 2014,representation of an oil company in civil cases and representation of a company in licensing issues of plant construction that was highlighted by WALHI in 2015.
