Narendra’s main area of practice involves litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

He has extensive experience in handling litigation cases and has handled disputes in domestic arbitration as well as negotiation in dispute resolution processes. Narendra has handled cases in relation to commercial, aviation, consumer protection, class action, mining, plantation, criminal, corruption and administrative law. He also advises on commercial matters and has been involved in legal due diligence for legal compliance.

Narendra’s experience includes representation of individuals in corruption cases, representation of individuals in a forest fire case that become one of the largest national issues in 2014, representation of a company inland dispute which included execution processes in Jakarta and representation of a business competition case at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha-KPPU).
