Esther’s main practice areas involve corporate and legal compliance. She advises on a full range of corporate and commercial matters for various companies including foreign investment companies and state owned companies. Esther is experienced in conducting legal due diligence for acquisition, debt restructuring and liquidation. Esther also has experience in advising companies on legal compliance matters.

In addition to her strong corporate law skills, Esther has experience in practicing litigation where she has handled civil cases, administrative cases and business competition cases held at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha – KPPU).

She has advised and acted for individuals and companies in commercial disputes through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution by assisting clients in negotiation processes for dispute settlement and has also represented an oil company in civil cases.
