Mr. Pamadya joined ABNP in 2008. He graduated from the Faculty of law, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia, in 2004. Mr. Pamadya has experience in conducting litigation. He handles commercial case, criminal case, administrative case and civil case. His experience in litigation vary from the first stage of proceeding held at District Court, Administrative Court up to the appeal stage of proceeding held at High Court, Supreme Court, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Pamadya has been handling corruption case prosecuted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi - KPK) from the examination stage up to the court proceeding before the Corruption Crime Court. He also handles cases regarding business competition which proceeding held at Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha - KPPU).
In handling the criminal case, he has been involved in the examination stage conducted by the Police and General Attorney. Mr. Pamadya has been involved in due diligence to ensure legal compliance. His practice area are among others corporate, corruption, criminal, compliance, telecommunication, unfair competition and anti monopoly, class action, consumer protection, labor, aviation, banking, malpractice, mining and bankruptcy.
