Ms. Wowor joined ABNP in 2010. She is graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1992, majoring in Economic Law. Ms. Wowor has wide experience in handling corporate matters. She has been advising and preparing legal documents as relating to Corporate matters. She has also wide experience in handling domestic/foreign investment company, such as advising on and assisting through the process of establishing new companies, acquisition and the Cooperation with any third party in various practice area.
On top of that, she also handles dissolution and liquidation matters whereby she provides legal service in conducting a complete process. She also familiar with banking and finance. She involves in legal due diligence for acquisition, debt restructuring purposes and liquidation.
In litigation area, she has been involved in pursuing for amicable settlement between the parties, civil case, administrative case and business competition at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha - KPPU). Ms. Wowor has also experience in handling commercial dispute by means of arbitration and in conducting alternative dispute resolution by assisting client in negotiation process for dispute settlement.
Ms. Wowor’s practice areas are among others corporate, foreign & domestic investment, contract, plantation, family, aviation, telecommunication, mining, insurance, unfair competition and anti-monopoly, labor, administrative and land.
