ABNP's positive reputation was built through hard work and strong commitment to always improve its services. Therefore, ABNP has recently released a benefit program wrapped in a series of talk show to provide its clients, another value added service.
The first Talk Show was held last March 20, 2011, at Ballroom, Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta, with a topic entitled "Crisis Management, How to Minimize Damage and Save Company's Reputation", featuring Dr. Bayu Prawira Hie, Executive Director Intellectual Business Community, who is also a lecturer at IPMI Business School and Ms. Ratri Wuryandari, Live Positively Manager, PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia.
Dr. Bayu began the Talk Show with an eye opener subject called "Understanding and Preparing Organizations for Crisis Management", which distinguished the difference between risk management and crisis management. He also underlined the importance of a company preparing the internal team to be ready for different crisis scenarios.
In addition to Dr. Bayu's presentation, Ms. Wuryandari later explained about how "Corporate Communication in Crisis Context " that gave the audience a few methods of dealing with crisis, including to use humor.
The event that was attended by important individuals from both multinational and big national corporations received a positive response from the attendees as most of them put "Good" in the survey column as well as a strong eagerness to come to the next event.
